On Wednesday, April 25, we’ll have our final Frassati meeting of the semester at 7:30 pm at the Dominican House of Studies.
This weekend, the Archdiocese of Washington is organizing a conference on Faith, Deafness, and Disabilities. They are in need of volunteers to help the event run smoothly during the following times on Friday and Saturday, April 20th and 21st:

Saturday (4/21)
- Outside team (assisting with directions and parking)
- Morning team: 7:30-noon
- Afternoon team: 11-3:30
- Breakdown team 3:30-5


Our next regular Frassati meeting will be this Wednesday, April 11 at 7:30 pm at DHS. This is the second-to-last scheduled meeting for the Spring semester.
On Saturday, April 14, the DC Frassati Fellowship will be teaming up with the Baltimore Frassati Fellowship for a hike in the Patapsco Valley State Park near Baltimore, Maryland. Before the hike, we will have Mass and Terce at the convent of the All Saints’ Sisters of the Poor which adjoins the State Park, and will have a chance to visit with the sisters. Bring lunch to eat during the hike.
For those in the DC area, we will meet at 8:00 am at the Dominican House of Studies and carpool up to Maryland. For those who are closer to Baltimore, you could meet us directly at the Convent at 9:15 am (1501 Hilton Ave, Catonsville, MD 21228-0127). If you’re able to come, please RSVP to dcfrassati@gmail.com, and let us know if you’d be able to drive or if you’ll need a ride. The hike should wrap up by about 3 or 4 pm, so we’ll return to DC by 4 or 5.

The Frassati Fellowship will have regular meeting at DHS this Wednesday, March 28, 7:30.
This Saturday, March 31 the Fellowship will also be participating in the Seven Church Walk, a walking pilgrimage around DC sponsored by the Archdiocese of Washington. The pilgrimage begins with mass at St. Patrick’s Church (619 10th St NW) at 9:00 AM and snakes around to St. Matthew’s Cathedral, finishing around 4:00 pm. Bring water and lunch. If you will be able to make it, please register here so that we can have an accurate headcount for programs.

We’ll be hiking in Catoctin Mountain Park, near Fredericksburg, Maryland on Saturday, March 24. One highlight of the trail is the view of Cunningham Falls, the largest waterfall in the state.
Meet at St. Dominic’s Church (630 E St SW) at 7:00 AM for mass, after which we’ll hit the road.
